Return Policy

Our products are unique and printed to order, which makes them non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be edited. You do have the option to cancel the order, and we will refund the shipping cost. However, please note that the production cost is non-refundable. If you happen to order the wrong size or color, Printson cannot be held responsible and will not provide replacements or refunds. If you are placing orders on behalf of your own customers, it's crucial to ensure that the information is accurately relayed from your customers.

This return policy by Printson applies exclusively to misprinted, damaged, or defective items. You must submit a claim within four (4) weeks from the date you received the product.

In the event of packages being lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within four (4) weeks from the estimated delivery date provided to you.

Claims must be submitted via your order management dashboard under each order's detail page.

After Printson investigates the issue and confirms product damage, defects, or printing errors, we will process a refund or replacement for your product.

Please be aware that any refunds are solely at the discretion of Printson and will be issued in the form of a credit to your Printson balance. These credits cannot be converted into cash and may only be used on the Printson Platform.

Users are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. It's imperative to provide the correct address and cover the reshipping costs, which may include product costs and shipping.

If you haven't registered an account on Printson's website and added a billing method, you acknowledge that any returned orders due to incorrect shipping addresses or failure to claim the shipment will not be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your expense. No refunds will be issued.

In cases where an order is returned to Printson due to an incorrect address or unclaimed shipment, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost. This includes the original shipping cost of the product plus a service charge of $4.00. If no re-shipping address is provided, or if Printson is unable to reach you, the package(s) will be donated after two weeks from the receipt of your package by Printson.

Please note that the service fee does not cover any Charge On Delivery (C.O.D) fees that may be imposed by the fulfillment operator and handling fees.

Printson does not accept returns of sealed goods, including but not limited to face masks and similar items, due to health or hygiene reasons. By agreeing to this policy, you understand that any returned orders with face masks or undergarments will not be eligible for reshipment and will be disposed of.

For EU consumers, in accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Therefore, Printson reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
